About this role
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations for the West Coast Omni Center on a 2nd shift schedule. You will coach and develop a team, recruit and train talent, and drive KPI performance and financial targets through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall safety, quality and performance
- Lead and grow a team of about 20 employees
- Own process improvement efforts through problem-solving, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Meet warehouse financial standards by monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions
- Drive KPI metrics as well as 4DX and facility performance scorecards

You will work with warehouse management software and databases and use data analysis to improve operations. The role focuses on KPI metrics, 4DX, and facility performance scorecards, supported by process improvement, project management, and corrective action execution.

The ideal candidate is a senior warehouse operations leader with 5+ years of experience in a managerial role. They have strong experience driving KPI performance using 4DX and facility performance scorecards, and they can execute continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost while improving service and quality. They’re hands-on with warehouse management software and can coach and develop a team of about 20 employees.
