Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and develop a workforce of salaried and hourly employees. The role drives safety, quality, attendance, and performance while ensuring customer delivery expectations through productivity plans, forecast reviews, and analytical problem-solving.

- Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce

- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources
