The ideal candidate is an Operations Manager with 3+ years of employee and performance management experience, strong customer focus, and a track record of driving safety, quality, attendance, and performance. They use data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving to build productivity plans (including forecast reviews and load balancing), and have familiarity with process improvement methods such as Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma.
