Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop salaried and hourly team members across its operations network. The role is centered on maintaining safety, quality, attendance, and performance while ensuring customer order delivery expectations through productivity planning and analytical problem-solving.

Technical Overview

This is a logistics operations management role with strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving to improve productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities include executing productivity plans with forecast reviews and collaborating with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources; Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma are preferred for process improvement work.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an Operations Manager with 3+ years of employee and performance management experience and strong safety, quality, and performance leadership. They are capable of building productivity plans using forecast reviews and translating data-driven decisions into operational improvements, with preferred experience implementing Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma.
