Key Responsibilities

Promote accountability to meet store goals
Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales, and expense control
Leverage forecast and payroll budgets for scheduling
Review financial/operational reporting and act on insights
Ensure policy compliance and execute inventory lifecycle tasks

Technical Overview

Operational leadership with execution of planograms, cycle counts, RTV/DIF inventory lifecycles, and loss prevention. Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices to support daily tasks.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a retail operations leader with 2+ years of experience in fast-paced stores, skilled at executing planograms, managing inventory, and coaching teams to hit top-line goals.
