Operations Manager

Ulta Beauty Operations Manager responsible for leading a high-performing store operations team and driving top-line sales through operational excellence, inventory lifecycle management, and employee development.

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth
• Leverage scheduling and payroll budgets to optimize productivity
• Oversee inventory life cycle processes (cycle counts, damages, testers, RTV, DIF, inventory adjustments)
• Develop and coach team to achieve APGs and improve guest experience

Leads store operations including realignments, planograms, inventory cycle processes, and loss prevention; utilizes POS systems and Microsoft Office; collaborates with field leadership to optimize scheduling and productivity.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level operations leader with 2+ years of retail management experience, strong ability to drive top-line sales through operational excellence, and a track record of managing inventory and payroll budgets.
