The Operations Manager at Ulta Beauty leads a team to drive top-line sales growth and manages store operations, inventory life cycle processes, and compliance across the store.

Key Responsibilities

Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink
Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity
Review financial and operational reporting and act on results
Maintain attendance and staff development
