Key Responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and motivate workforce
- Lead large-scope projects with site/regional impact
- Build productivity plans via forecast reviews and load balancing
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to meet objectives
