About this role
This role leads the district installation process for dental capital equipment, coordinating planning, scheduling, procurement, staging, and post-delivery financial workflows. You will manage Equipment Technicians, run Equipment Planning Meetings (EPM), ensure compliance with Order Terms, and drive customer experience and KPI results across an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire district installation process and keep projects on track for quarterly / annual RO
- Run Equipment Planning Meetings (EPM) and coordinate installation date changes
- Ensure pre-EPM preparation (customer scheduling, shipping details, credit issue solutioning, Order Terms compliance, 3PL staging)
- Handle daily invoicing per order terms and escalate credit/financial approvals as needed
- Provide financial accounting with proof of delivery and support revenue recognition
Technical Overview
The position uses internal software systems and project management tools to track shipping details, installation dates, credit issues, and order status. It also relies on proof of delivery documentation and coordinated inventory processes to support revenue recognition and internal controls.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level operations manager with hands-on experience leading field teams and managing the installation lifecycle for capital equipment. They can drive district-wide scheduling using Equipment Planning Meetings (EPM), ensure Order Terms compliance, and track quarterly/annual Risk and Opportunity (RO) targets while coordinating with sales, compliance, and logistics partners.
