Lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Drive productivity and efficiency through forecast reviews, data-driven decisions, and analytical problem-solving while ensuring customer delivery promises are met.

- Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce

- Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balance
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources
Technical Overview
Operational management role across fulfillment workflows (First mile, Middle mile, Last mile). Uses performance metrics, forecast reviews, and productivity planning; may implement Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma improvements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an operations manager with 3+ years of employee and performance management experience, capable of leading both salaried and hourly teams. They use data-driven decisions for productivity and efficiency improvements and have exposure to process improvement methods like Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma.
