About this role
Operations Support Associate providing clerical and administrative support with payroll, invoicing, and reporting duties for Ameren Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical, computer, and administrative support for the Division
- Payroll timekeeping (TRIS), invoice processing, crew and trouble activities (DOJM/OAS), materials (MMIS), and customer accounts (CSS)
- Maintain and update electrical and gas records; assist in scheduling customer appointments
- Prepare project tracking and summary reports; file contracts and confidential documents
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and ensure confidentiality
Technical Overview
Strong MS Word/Excel, familiarity with Ameren systems CSS/IDS/MMIS and related tools; supports payroll, vouchers, and records management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced clerical/administrative professional with 3+ years in payroll/timekeeping, invoice processing, and using MS Word/Excel in a utility/energy setting.
