Operations Support, Senior Analyst

Provide operations support to strengthen Pets Best’s regulatory foundation and ensure operational consistency for growth and compliance. Oversee end-to-end regulatory screening (including OFAC), integrate carrier and regulatory updates, and support procurement, licensing, and vendor operations.

• Execute end-to-end regulatory screening requirements including OFAC oversight
• Integrate carrier and regulatory changes while identifying and escalating operational risks
• Support procurement coordination, process documentation, and process improvement
• Provide licensing support and vendor management including onboarding and training
• Monitor vendor production outputs, identify trends, and escalate issues or opportunities

Primarily operational/compliance focused, involving regulatory screening oversight (OFAC) and integration of carrier-driven and regulatory updates into organizational processes. Includes vendor performance monitoring and documentation/process improvement activities.

The ideal candidate is a senior operations analyst with strong regulatory screening experience, including OFAC oversight, and a track record of integrating carrier and regulatory changes into business processes. They also have hands-on vendor management experience (onboarding, training, and performance monitoring) along with strong documentation and escalation skills.
