Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical maintenance and repairs for engines and power distribution equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and restore equipment to peak condition
- Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all mechanical work
- Coordinate shift operations and delegate mechanical tasks
- Support mechanical construction, commissioning, and upgrades while maintaining detailed logs and technical reports
Technical Overview
Focuses on mechanical reliability for gas turbines, high-speed reciprocating engines, medium voltage generators, and power distribution systems. Works with environmental controls and distributed control systems and applies technical standards for safety and regulatory compliance across shift operations and construction/commissioning activities.
