Key Responsibilities
- Provide O&M support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll; Resolve payroll incidents; Design and deliver enhancements; Partner with functional/technical/client teams; Stabilize operations
Technical Overview
Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll module experience with payroll configuration, incident/root-cause analysis, and SLA-driven support; experience in AMS/O&M environments in production.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Oracle HCM specialist with 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience and at least 1 year in Payroll module configuration and issue resolution, capable of stakeholder communications and driving continuous payroll improvements on a government/public sector client.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree2+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud1+ year hands-on experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll moduleMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorshipAbility to travel 5-10%
