Key Responsibilities

Provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll applications; Apply strong knowledge of Payroll and Benefits technical requirements; Resolve incidents end-to-end including triage and root-cause analysis; Design and deliver enhancements to payroll/benefits functionality; Partner with functional, technical, and client teams to stabilize operations and drive continuous improvement
