Project Delivery Senior Analyst focusing on Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll operations and enhancements within a consulting/Government/Public Services context.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll applications; Apply strong knowledge of Payroll and Benefits technical requirements; Resolve incidents end-to-end including triage and root-cause analysis; Design and deliver enhancements to payroll/benefits functionality; Partner with functional, technical, and client teams to stabilize operations and drive continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior ERP/HR tech analyst with 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, plus 1+ year payroll module expertise, strong incident management and stakeholder communication skills, and willingness to travel 5-10%.
