About this role

DXC Technology is seeking an Oracle CDP Specialist to implement Oracle CDP-based data solutions, design data models, and consolidate customer data across systems. The role requires collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders in a hybrid Milano-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technological solutions and CDP best practices
Design, Develop and Implement data models using Oracle Customer Data Platform
Integrate CDP with other systems to provide a unified view of customer data
Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to the customer

Technical Overview

Focuses on Oracle CDP with Oracle Database technologies, ETL/data integration, and data modeling to deliver unified customer data views. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level data/eData Platform professional with 3+ years of Oracle database experience, strong ETL and data integration skills, and familiarity with Oracle Customer Data Platform in a consulting/financial services context. They should translate business requirements into scalable Oracle CDP solutions and collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Skills

At least 3 years of experience with Oracle database technologiesStrong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniquesExcellent communication and collaboration skills
