Key Responsibilities

Support ongoing operations and reliability of Oracle HCM solutions for client environments
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across Oracle HCM modules, reports, extracts, and integrations
Execute application maintenance activities including incident triage, defect resolution, root cause analysis
Maintain and enhance Oracle HCM reporting solutions using BI Publisher, Oracle BI, and HCM Extracts
Support data loads and interface processing using Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Data Loader
