Lead offshore Oracle HCM Cloud support for Arconic HR systems; develop interfaces/reports; maintain SOX compliance; coordinate quarterly updates and P2T refreshes; monitor incidents and Oracle SRs; optimize cloud utilization and drive AI capabilities adoption.

Technical Overview
Hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud administration, interface/report development, incident management, patching, cloud utilization optimization, security assessments, and AI features integration; change management.
