About this role
This OCM Analyst role supports a federal client by developing and executing organizational change management strategies. You will create audience-specific communications and training materials, conduct change impact assessments and readiness planning, and track adoption and engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of organizational change management (OCM) strategies and plans
- Create clear, audience-specific communications (stakeholder messaging, FAQs, training materials)
- Assist in developing change impact assessments and readiness plans
- Support training enablement efforts and user adoption initiatives
- Track and report engagement, adoption, and readiness metrics and provide leadership updates
Technical Overview
The technical scope is change management for enterprise environments rather than software engineering. The work includes OCM documentation and communications artifacts that support adoption of new processes and tools, with a federal mission environment and Secret clearance requirements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst with an Active Secret clearance and 1+ year of experience in OCM, communications, or project analysis. They can create audience-specific stakeholder messaging, run readiness and impact assessments, and drive training enablement and user adoption with strong written/verbal communication and analytical skills.
