Organizational Change Manager leading IT program changes in a remote, contract setting. Responsibilities include coordinating with Agile teams, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring WCAG accessibility during system transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change initiatives across Agile development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define change governance and adoption strategies
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth transitions to new systems (J2EE/Spring Boot/Angular stack)
- Ensure accessibility compliance per WCAG
- Support AWS/cloud deployment initiatives and DevOps practices
Technical Overview
Technical scope includes FS J2EE stack (Java EE/Spring Boot), Angular, Apache Camel, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices within an Agile framework.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior organizational change manager with 6+ years of IT/program experience, strong AWS exposure, and hands-on experience with J2EE/Spring Boot/Angular in Agile environments. Must have the ability to lead enterprise architecture efforts and drive adoption in a remote, contract setting.
