About this role
Block is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to lead a remote team of Account Executives and drive revenue growth. The manager will set a high-performance culture, oversee KPI execution, forecasting, and pipeline reviews, and coach AEs using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Create team culture of trust and accountability
- Participate in client and prospect meetings
- Hire and train new account executives on sales process
- Manage KPIs including hourly/daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Conduct weekly pipeline review and forecast meetings with AEs
