Key Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic treatment skills training
Deliver psychoeducation and specialized clinical therapy services for clients/families

Technical Overview

This is a clinical therapy role focused on direct patient/client service delivery in an outpatient behavioral health setting. The scope centers on therapeutic treatment skills training, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and family/group therapy coordination within an IOP model.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed Program Therapist/Outpatient Therapist for an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with strong clinical assessment skills. They have experience providing crisis intervention, and delivering family and group therapies, along with psychoeducation and short-term family therapy. They must be able to obtain the Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card and meet Arizona licensure requirements (LCSW, LPC, LISAC, or LMFT; or minimum LMSW/LAC/LASAC).
