About this role
Global Payments is hiring an Outside Sales Executive to sell the Genius(R) POS and payment technology platform to small and mid-sized merchants. The role owns the full sales cycle and builds pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Genius(R) POS and software solutions across retail, restaurant, and service verticals
- Drive local business growth and build long-term residual income
- Build pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and networking
- Track pipeline activity in Atlas and Salesforce
- Consult with business owners to improve operations and streamline payments using Genius(R)
Technical Overview
The position centers on selling and implementing Genius(R) POS and payment technology solutions. Reporting and pipeline tracking are performed in Atlas and Salesforce, supporting data-driven deal management and customer-facing consulting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has B2B outside sales experience and has owned the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing. They are comfortable spending 75%+ of their time in the field and can build and manage a sales pipeline using Atlas and Salesforce while selling POS and payment technology to small and mid-sized merchants.
