Mon Chère Beauty & Wellness is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell corporate wellness contracts. The role is a 1099 commission-based independent contractor position, focused on cold calling, outreach, networking, and using an existing professional network to build and grow business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate wellness leads through cold outreach and networking
- Build relationships with HR teams, wellness directors, office managers, and decision-makers
- Present Mon Chère Beauty & Wellness as a premium wellness partner
- Schedule and conduct introductory calls and follow-ups
- Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building
Technical Overview
This is a non-technical direct sales role centered on corporate wellness business development. It requires strong outbound prospecting, consistent follow-up, and consultative/high-value closing skills (preferred/plus) to generate contracts remotely.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level or early-career outside sales professional with strong cold-calling and corporate wellness lead generation experience. They are highly self-motivated, comfortable working independently as a 1099 independent contractor, and can build relationships with HR and wellness decision-makers to close corporate wellness contracts on a commission-based structure.
