About this role
Lead paid advertising strategy and execution for multiple client accounts in a fast-growing digital marketing agency. You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, optimize performance, run A/B tests, and deliver client-ready reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls for client goals and paid media strategy
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Execute targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns for local markets
- Develop and test ad creative with A/B testing and Quality Score optimization
- Build and present monthly client-ready ROI reports
Technical Overview
Hands-on performance marketing across Google Ads (Search, LSA, Local, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Responsible for attribution tracking, ROAS and cost-per-lead optimization, audience targeting/retargeting/lookalikes, landing page conversion optimization, and ongoing A/B testing.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Paid Ads Manager who can independently lead strategy and execution for multiple client accounts. They have hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience with attribution tracking, reporting, ROAS/cost-per-lead optimization, and conversion-focused landing page improvements.
