Motava is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to plan, build, and manage paid search and other paid media campaigns for multiple clients. The role emphasizes SEM/PPC execution, keyword research, audits, analytics/reporting, and performance optimization against KPIs.

- Create paid search strategy and optimization roadmaps, Perform audits of SEM/ABM/PPC/paid social accounts, Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis, Build and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other networks, Track acquisition goals vs. costs and deliver analytics/reporting tied to KPIs
Technical Overview
This is a digital marketing performance role focused on paid search campaign operations in Google Ads and other ad platforms (Bing, DV360, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Facebook/YouTube Ad Manager, Twitter Ads). You will use Google Analytics for measurement and reporting, and apply optimization work involving targeting, audience segmentation, placements, and landing page experience.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level paid search/SEM/PPC specialist with 3+ years of experience managing SEM/PPC accounts and creating PPC campaigns. They are proficient with Google Ads and Google Analytics, strong in keyword research and competitive analysis, and can deliver analytics/reporting tied to acquisition goals and KPIs.
