About this role
Part-Time Central Fill Fulfillment Specialist (2nd shift) supports central fill operations by preparing intra-facility prescription transfers, maintaining automated production lines, and ensuring finished totes are packaged and shipped to stores. The role requires safety/security adherence, confidentiality of patient information, and basic troubleshooting to keep automated equipment running.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow and promote pharmacy safety and security procedures and processes
- Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers for store delivery
- Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, and sort/apply manifest information
- Organize totes on pallets and coordinate shipments to stores
- Monitor uptime of automated counting/collating/packaging/sorting devices and troubleshoot routine errors

Work involves operating automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices within central fill workflows, using pharmacy systems/technologies to support prescription conveyance, packaging, and shipping. The role includes basic troubleshooting of routine device errors and potential use of inventory management systems, scanning equipment, conveyor lines, and robotic systems.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment. They are organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate and troubleshoot automated production lines for central fill pharmacy workflows while preserving patient information confidentiality. Prior experience with an inventory management system, scanning equipment, conveyor lines, and/or robotic systems is a strong advantage.
