About this role
WorkCare is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale a partner marketing function focused on brokers and workers’ compensation channel partners. The role drives pipeline and revenue growth through targeted go-to-market strategies, co-branded campaigns, ABM initiatives, and partner enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute broker and workers’ compensation partner marketing strategies, Build and scale repeatable partner programs, Launch and manage joint go-to-market initiatives
- Create tailored messaging, positioning, and value propositions for broker/TPA audiences
- Support ABM and partner-driven account engagement strategies
- Develop partner-facing materials and ensure alignment with sales on target accounts and follow-up
Technical Overview
This is a partner marketing and go-to-market execution role rather than a software/IT role. The work centers on channel strategy, campaign planning, partner-facing content, and account-based engagement to produce measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level partner marketing professional experienced building and scaling broker and workers’ compensation channel programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
