About this role
Partner Sales Executive at Avalara drives net-new sales through the partner ecosystem, selling Avalara tax compliance and related solutions; responsibilities include identifying opportunities, managing the sales process, building partner relationships, and maintaining Salesforce-driven activity and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities through lead follow up, partner relationships and direct prospecting
- Manage sales process through qualification, need analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close
- Develop relationships with Avalara partners and other third parties to increase opportunities
- Document daily sales activities in Salesforce, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline
- Be an active team player and provide feedback from field experience to other teams

Sales-driven, cloud/SaaS tax-compliance products; Salesforce for pipeline and reporting; ERP/E-commerce/Billing knowledge; remote collaboration
Ideal Candidate
