Partner Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs; remote US; acts as a technical advisor to partners, enabling success through education, enablement, and direct engagement across partner motions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Channel Sales and Field Sales to convey Grafana’s vision and technical strategy to partners
- Lead technical engagement with partners to drive deal progression and close opportunities
- Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and enablement sessions
- Shape and expand Grafana Partner University across partner personas
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide product feedback and support selling motions
Technical Overview
Operates at the intersection of sales and engineering to deliver demos, collect feedback, and align product capabilities with partner needs; deep familiarity with Grafana’s observability stack and OSS ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior pre-sales engineer with 6+ years in observability or SaaS, experienced in MEDDIC, partner enablement, and delivering compelling demos to partners and customers.
