Retail Parts Associate responsible for greeting customers, selling parts and accessories, managing P&A inventory, and assisting service technicians in a high-energy automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with parts; interface with Service Technicians to meet P&A needs; assist with determining parts requirements; update inventory control system; maintain displays and cash handling
Technical Overview
Non-technical retail role with emphasis on customer service, basic inventory systems, POS/cash handling, and coordination with service staff.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused retail parts associate with knowledge of motorsport vehicles and parts, capable of managing P&A inventory and working Tuesday-Saturday. Experience in handling cash, processing payments, and coordinating with service technicians is a plus.
