About this role
The Patient Transportation Representative provides transportation services for members by driving them to and from health service centers and coordinating pickup and service status updates. The role requires independent field work with strong communication and customer service.

- Drive members/patients to health service centers
- Coordinate service with affiliates and members
- Update service status in the platform for monitoring and compliance
- Follow up on service provided and make changes as needed

Technical Overview
This is a field-based logistics role that includes coordinating transportation services and updating service status in a platform to support monitoring and compliance. It runs on an 8-hour Monday–Friday schedule with possible alternate Saturdays and potential long-distance driving.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a field-capable transportation professional who can safely drive members to health service centers and coordinate pickups with affiliates and members. They hold the required Category 4 Driver's License (Chauffer's license), Certificate of Law 300, and a National CPR Foundation Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification, with strong punctuality, communication, and customer service skills.
