Support Higher Education implementations by designing, configuring, and deploying Workday Payroll solutions. Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into practical outcomes while owning the payroll workstream.

- Design, configure, and deploy Workday Payroll solutions
- Own the payroll workstream and recommend design approaches
- Translate client business requirements into practical solutions
- Lead end-to-end implementations with scope, milestones, and quality
- Partner with clients, project teammates, and the Engagement Manager
Technical Overview
Workday Payroll functional consulting with end-to-end implementation ownership across scope, milestones, and quality. Uses Workday’s AI tools to enhance implementation quality and efficiency, and adapts solutions to shared governance and academic calendar realities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Payroll Consultant with strong Workday product and implementation expertise, specifically supporting Higher Education organizations. They can design, configure, and deploy Workday Payroll solutions end-to-end, translate business requirements into practical solutions, and own the payroll workstream while partnering closely with clients and the Engagement Manager.
