About this role
The PBS Sr. Client Associate supports the Private Banker and serves as a primary point of contact for private banking clients, handling basic banking needs through an inbound and outbound call center environment. This role focuses on delivering a strong client experience, resolving banking issues, and cross-selling basic banking products while following risk and compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Works under the guidance of the Private Banker to deliver the Private Banking client experience
- Ensures service standards and metrics are met based on client banking needs
- Resolves client banking issues and notifies the Private Banker of status/resolution
- Assists Private Bankers with administration of client relationships
- Acts as primary point of contact for administrative needs and performs cross-selling of basic banking products and services
Technical Overview
This is a client service and banking operations role centered on call center handling, risk identification and reporting, and adherence to documented banking procedures. It requires proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Fifth Third banking systems (preferred), plus S.A.F.E. Act registration via the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior client-focused banking professional with 3+ years of successful banking/client service experience in private banking or related client services. They are skilled in handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving client banking issues, and supporting the Private Banker to deliver strong client experiences while consistently following risk policies and procedures. They are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hold the required S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
