About this role

We are accepting applications for a motivated PC Technician responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers, related hardware, software, and peripheral devices. This role provides technical support to end-users to ensure optimal IT system performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and upgrade computers, printers, and peripheral devices
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Provide technical support to end users via help desk tickets, phone, or in-person
Perform system maintenance such as software updates, virus scans, and data backups
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings

Technical Overview

Hands-on desktop troubleshooting, end-user support, printer and peripheral device support, data backups, with basic network connectivity and security settings knowledge.

Ideal Candidate

An entry-level IT support technician able to provide on-site desktop support, end-user assistance, and basic troubleshooting while maintaining hardware inventories.
