About this role

This contract PC Technician role provides on-site technical support for computer hardware, software, and related systems. You will troubleshoot issues, support cabling and network connectivity, maintain Dell and Apple devices, and assist with hardware delivery and setup.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
Support cable installation and network connectivity
Maintain and repair Dell and Apple devices
Assist with hardware deployment including delivery and setup
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and document findings

Technical Overview

The technical scope is end-user/endpoint support focused on installing and configuring hardware/software, performing repairs on Dell and Apple devices, and diagnosing issues involving peripherals and network connectivity. Work includes documenting resolutions and supporting deployment logistics.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level PC Technician comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting of computer hardware and software. They have experience supporting network connectivity, installing cabling, and maintaining and repairing Dell and Apple devices, along with the ability to document resolutions and support delivery/setup operations on-site.
