About this role
This position provides Tier I–II technical support for desktop and laptop hardware, supporting government personnel at Macdill AFB, including troubleshooting, asset management, and IMAC services.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support desktops/laptops
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Support remote access
- Perform IMACs
- Maintain asset documentation
