About this role
People and Culture Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and compliance. The role partners with the VP to scale people practices across restaurant units and HQ, while maintaining data integrity and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own payroll & benefits administration
- Manage HRIS (Rippling) and lifecycle workflows
- Maintain audit-ready records
- Support audits and policy updates
- Employee relations and engagement initiatives

HRIS (Rippling) and payroll/benefits systems; compliance, audits, and HR documentation; multi-unit hospitality environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced People/HR generalist with 3+ years in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment, proficient with Rippling and payroll/benefits administration. They are organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, able to partner with the VP to drive employee experience initiatives, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance.
