About this role
People Business Partner Lead is a senior individual contributor role supporting business leaders with talent strategy, people strategy, and change leadership. The role combines complex employee relations work with data-driven HR program improvement using custom dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion employee engagement, performance, and retention
- Lead change management strategies to support sustained performance
- Advise and coach managers on leadership best practices and people management
- Oversee complex employee relations issues including large-scale reorganizations
- Use custom dashboards to analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements
Technical Overview
This is not a technical IT role, but it relies on data analysis using custom dashboards and workforce metrics (turnover, diversity, engagement, performance trends) to drive HR recommendations. It also involves designing and enabling training programs with Learning & Development.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior people/business partner leader who acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business objectives into people strategies. They have strong change leadership experience, can handle complex employee relations including large reorganizations, and use HR dashboards and workforce metrics to drive data-driven recommendations.
