About this role
Product Manager for Southwest's People Systems within Talent Acquisition, focusing on Workday Recruiting and Phenom to translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories for the Agile Release Train. Partners with TA and Technology to deliver enhancements and align with the HR technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and refine Epics into Features; prioritize on the PI Roadmap and translate Features into Stories
- Create Feature Acceptance Criteria and maintain DoD; accept Features
- Collaborate with Architects and other technical stakeholders to address requirements
- Prepare for product release with Change Management
- Participate in PI planning and I&A events and communicate milestones
Technical Overview
Scope includes HR/TA technology platforms (Workday Recruiting, Phenom), agile planning (PI planning, I&A), and requirements-to-delivery workflows with emphasis on features, acceptance criteria, and DoD.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level product manager with HR/TA technology experience, proficient in Workday Recruiting and Phenom, and capable of guiding epics/features through an Agile Release Train with strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking.
