People Systems Analyst role focused on Workday configuration for Time Off & Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll. You will maintain and optimize these Workday modules while supporting global expansion with country-specific plans and payroll integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Time Off & Absence plans
- Build and manage Workday Time Tracking configurations
- Support Workday Payroll configuration and payroll integrations
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements across countries
- Optimize and maintain Workday modules for scaling global expansion
Technical Overview
Configure and maintain Workday modules covering Time Off & Absence (accrual rules, carryover, balance limits, proration, termination payouts) and Time Tracking (work schedules, templates, approval workflows, overtime/validation rules). Support Payroll configuration and integrate with third-party payroll providers for multi-country operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Workday configurator with deep expertise in Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. They have configured Workday Time Off & Absence plans (accruals, carryover, proration, and termination payouts) and built global-ready time tracking workflows for multiple countries.
