Support S&P Global’s People Team with HR operations and projects that impact a global workforce. Help implement process and operational changes, analyze HR data, and create trackers, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR initiatives and operational priorities
- Assist with process and documentation updates
- Analyze and interpret HR data
- Build trackers, reports, and presentations
- Contribute to process improvement efforts
Technical Overview
Uses Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentation creation, and may support HR systems work with exposure to Workday, ServiceNow, and SharePoint (preferred). Focuses on HR data interpretation and operational/project execution support.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an internship-level HR/People Team supporter who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and can analyze HR data to produce fact-based summaries. They are detail-oriented, organized, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while learning HR operations and improving processes globally.
