About this role
Support Xcel Energy automated applications by analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting business processes and information systems. Own daily data flow operations, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and lead/assist performance improvement work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and technical expertise in development, integration, and application of data collection
- Develop and sustain daily data flow operations and resolve data discrepancies/errors
- Facilitate discussions to identify, document, validate, and analyze business requirements and design solutions
- Provide technical input and direction for development/deployment/integration of data applications and automation technologies
- Support/lead cross-functional performance improvement projects and lead process/system enhancement projects

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Science or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) and 3 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in customer service, automated metering, communications, or marketing. They can analyze and document business requirements, design and support information systems and data collection automation, and troubleshoot data discrepancies in daily data flows. They are comfortable collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams while improving quality methodologies to drive business results.
