About this role
Licensed personal lines agent/account manager responsible for managing and expanding an existing book of business; not focused on cold-calling; growth via cross-sell and upsell; remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and onboard new client accounts; Serve as primary licensed contact for assigned clients
- Maintain regular client engagement and retention
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate renewals, remarketing, rewrites, and reinstatements
- Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems

Licensed operations; coordinating renewals and carrier relationships; using agency management systems and carrier portals; bilingual.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a licensed personal lines professional fluent in English and Spanish, with 4–5 years of experience handling existing client relationships and expanding revenue within existing accounts.
