About this role
This role supports PGIM client reporting with an emphasis on automation, process improvements, and ad hoc data needs for a variety of client reports and questionnaires. The associate will collaborate with internal technology teams to improve reporting clarity and reduce cycle time, while managing deadlines and competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve clarity and usefulness of reporting deliverables
- Identify high-friction reporting processes and reduce cycle time through tooling/templates/automation
- Serve as liaison between Client Reporting and Technology groups
- Manage competing projects and issues while meeting reporting deadlines
- Stay current on industry initiatives and market trends affecting the business

The technical scope centers on client reporting systems and data: writing SQL queries, understanding data flows and database structure, and supporting automation efforts for standard/custom reports and ad hoc requests. Tools mentioned include Wall Street Office, Aladdin, and Vermilion.
