About this role

PGIM seeks an ETF Capital Markets Associate to support ETF product suite activities, including creation/redemption orders, AP relationships, and market monitoring, coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize trading efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily ETF Capital Markets activities including creation/redemption orders
  • Manage relationships with APs, market makers, and exchanges
  • Monitor secondary market activity and identify dislocations
  • Track ETF metrics (volume, liquidity, spreads, flows)
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Compliance, and Sales to resolve issues

Technical Overview

Technical focus on ETF mechanics, trading systems, and market data platforms (Bloomberg, Aladdin); strong analytical capability and cross-functional collaboration; regulatory awareness (Rule 6C-11).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a 2- to 5-year ETF capital markets professional with a Series 7, solid ETF mechanics knowledge, and proficiency with Bloomberg and Aladdin; capable of coordinating with APs, market makers, and exchanges in a fast-paced environment.
