About this role
Senior Associate in PGIM Client Reporting supporting direct lending private credit fund deliverables. The role prepares and delivers portfolio and investor/client reporting, responds to ad-hoc requests and questionnaires, and helps improve reporting processes through streamlining and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete client reports and questionnaire/data inputs while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Respond to ad-hoc client inquiries with internal coordination
- Review reporting and communication processes to improve, streamline, and automate scheduled reporting
- Handle multiple tasks to meet strict client deadlines
- Anticipate issues affecting reporting deadlines and reduce risk
Technical Overview
Focus on investment management reporting workflows and data accuracy for institutional, retail, affiliate, and alternative clients. Uses Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and investment reporting/analytics systems such as Wall Street Office, Aladdin, and/or Vermilion to generate portfolio holdings, transactions, fact sheets, and investor-level reports.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level asset management professional with 5-7 years of experience supporting client or investor deliverables and producing portfolio reporting outputs. They are strong in analytical problem-solving and accuracy, proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and familiar with reporting systems such as Wall Street Office, Aladdin, and/or Vermilion—especially for alternative products including direct lending private credit.
