About this role
Senior Compensation Analyst in PGIM Total Rewards responsible for HR analytics, compensation processes, and support for compensation data challenges. The role partners with People Operations and Finance to execute year-end processes, manage market data matching and job architecture, and deliver reporting plus ad-hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee headcount and position management/forecasting
- Support year-end Total Reward processes including compensation, promotions, and performance management
- Manage ongoing market data matching and job architecture for grade and pay structures
- Manage ad-hoc requests and day-to-day reporting and compensation support
- Partner with People Business Leaders, People Operations, and PGIM Finance on Total Rewards analytics and forecasts
Technical Overview
Analytical compensation role focused on HR data and operational analytics rather than software engineering. Works with compensation forecasting, headcount/position forecasting, market data matching, and job architecture/grade-pay structure consistency to drive Total Rewards processes and insights.
