About this role
This is a full-time Pharmacy Technician Call Center role supporting Rx Savings Solutions members. You answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to educate members about prescription cost savings and assist with pharmacy claims and prescription transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from members/customers
- Assist members with savings opportunities using the company software system
- Assist with pharmacy claims processing issues
- Coordinate internal resolution of customer issues
- Make outbound calls via the Rx Savings Solutions online portal
