About this role
This role assists pharmacists by helping fill and dispense prescriptions and by supporting customer service at the counter. It also manages ordering/stocking of drugs and supplies and updates patient records, inventory, and invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists to fill and dispense prescriptions
- Assist customers at the counter and retrieve prescriptions
- Ring up customers
- Order and stock drugs, supplies, and over-the-counter merchandise
- Update patient records and inventory, process invoices, and make accounting entries using a computerized system
